FilmCylinderCleaner (FCC) for automatic cleaning in film extrusion

The FilmCylinderCleaner (FCC) provides automatic cleaning of cylinders and chill-roller surfaces as part of film and sheet extrusion processes. Systems automatically clean the surface of cast/chill rolls as the line is running, making it so production doesn't need to be stopped for cleaning. Operators are spared the dangerous task of manually cleaning film cylinders/rollers, and the quality of cleaning is superior to typical manual-cleaning results. The FCC system also helps reduce cleaning waste.
