The Wolters Kluwer Future Ready Lawyer Survey has a unique perspective into firms and corporate legal departments in this context. The 2020 survey was issued in January 2020 – just before the crisis fully took hold in most countries in Europe and in the U.S. 

The 2021 survey was issued in March 2021, one year into the crisis as many professionals were emerging with a better understanding of the impact on their organizations and implications for the future. The 2021 Wolters Kluwer Future Ready Lawyer Survey: Moving Beyond the Pandemic includes insights from 700 legal professionals across nine European countries and the U.S. The survey examines issues and trends affecting the future of law as organizations work to both rebound from the challenges of the past year, and position themselves.
