Many articles and opinion pieces have been written about the so-called Digital Generation (also known as Millennials, Echo Boomers, or Gen Y) and their impact on the workforce. Typically defined as those born in or after 1980, they're seen optimistically as “digital natives,” but just as often are labeled as entitled, narcissistic, and unmotivated.
