Box bolsters security credibility with customer-managed encryption key offering

The analysts do a nice job explaining how our EKM works at a high level under the Product section.  They also note that biggest strategic impact may be on the marketing side as this gives Box a clear differentiator among the cloud vendors (& FSS) for customers that are contemplating a move away from legacy on-premises content management like Microsoft SharePoint or EMC’s Documentum but have lingering security concerns about public cloud.
